The diplomas of AF are recognized by the French Ministry of Education signed by government authorities. The examination standard is based on Conseil of Europe recommendations and it certifies language skills within the frame of ALTE (association of language testers in Europe). These diplomas are recognized in more than 130 countries thanks to the AF met throughout the world comparable to the Univ. of Cambridge examinations. Ecole Klesse is official examinations centre of Cambridge.
Diplôme de langue française (DLF)
This diploma certifies advanced level in french. The candidate is supposed to dominate the main structures of the language to know well the vocabulary and communicate correctly in every day situations.
According to his capacities and efforts, a student can achieve DLF in some 9 months. For an intermediate level candidate, some 6 months will be necessary in average. Well advanced student can obtain the diplomas in 3 months.
Diplome Superieur (DSAF)
The main orientation of this diplomas is "littérature". The DSAF certifies that the locator is really at ease with French :
According to the social situation he can adapt his language, he can participate in discussions with cultural level
He dominates the language in very creative way expected or unexpected situation. He will be able to engage in long and complex discussions. This level certifies capacity to attend theoretic courses at university.
Ecole Klesse is an examination centre for the Alliance Française. 4 sessions per year.
OPTIONAL COURSES : The Paris Chamber of Commerce & Industry ( CCIP ) :
This optional course is for students who want to study commercial or tourism language
They can prepare the following exams :
- The « Certificat de Français Professionnel » (CFP) (Certificate of French in the workplace)
- the «Diplôme de Français des Affaires » ( DFA ) (Certificate in Business French)
- The « Certificat de Français du Tourisme et de l’Hôtellerie » (CFTH) (Certificate in Tourism and the Hotel Trade).
